We uphold the faith that quality is the key to ensure business viability and customer satisfaction. To guarantee quality consistency, we have strictly executed complete QA system throughout the whole production, including material sourcing and production line inspection and lab testing.
Our advanced and complete testing instruments, such as high resolution molding surface test equipment, metallographic structure visualizer, optical instrument hardness tester, tensile property test device and material analysis rationalize device, etc., ensure the strict quality control.
Complete process control procedure and testing specification and quality assurance system have been formulated and practiced in every aspects of production, following the Three-Inspection procedure, initial finished production inspection, self evaluation and regular QC inspection, which will guarantee the qualification of each outgoing product.
